Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a full refund.

Once our support team reviews and approves your request, we will provide you with clear return shipping instructions and the designated return warehouse address.
3. Refunds & Loyalty Point Adjustments
Once your return package is received and formally inspected by our team, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt of the item.
If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or arranged via cash confirmation within a few business days.
Loyalty Points Notice: Please note that if you earned loyalty points on the original purchase, those points will be deducted from your profile running balance upon completion of the refund. If loyalty points were redeemed to discount the returned order, those points will be dynamically restored to your customer profile ledger.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
